What courses should I take up to become as elastic as she is? It has been 6 months since I started to practice yoga. I’m aware that I am a newbie but I don’t see any results. Though I don’t miss any classes and try to do everything what my teacher says. I am thinking of 2 options to make the situation better. The first one is cardio, which is more intensive and will improve my muscle elasticity. However, I’m not a big fan of hard physical activity. The second option is to go to yoga school. I heard Bali has the best yoga training schools in the world. What do you think in 2 or 3 months I will become as elastic as she is?
