The league is still new nau.
Arsenal used to be dominant in England, until Chelsea and Manchester city got serious.
Anyway, if they don't want to Barcelona to be dominant, they should pump money now, female footballers are not expensive like their male counterparts.
Go Sweden, Norway, even China, and entice them with money.

American women league is above Europe at the moment, so it'll be difficult to lure their players, while Germany and France are doing well too. Most especially Wolfsburg and Lyon.

Liverpool IS dominating the EPL. If it has been going on for multiple seasons, then one would have to say "Liverpool HAS BEEN dominating the EPL (for so so seasons now)"
