senior officers ddnt mess up anytin, they aren't happy wit d fact they keep bringing retired people to head the agency, when theres more Dan enuf capable hands in the agency, moves like that kill motivation and cause rancor amongst officers. especially senior officers that hope to attain the highest position before retiring.

We keep hearing, d call to camp will be today , tomorrow , next week, next month, this month.this year.Only God will intervene with the renovation of a thing.I have not given up anyways..All the best
