Yea...agreed..but the decrease came as a result of his inability to dictate again...during Jonathan's era....zenon oil ships never use to queue at loading berths...they jumped the queue due to his influence in that regime...

So most marketers had to wait for zenon to declare the diesel price before they did theirs and it was always like maybe 50kobo more than the zenon one.

Buhari stopped all that..he has to queue like the rest ending his monopoly....which then forced him to buy former ap...now forte oil and in turn look for other investment portfolios.... Like his investment in power now .... His major fault was not diversifying when he had the monopoly...too dependent on oil.
