English speaking whites will have on average better English Proficiency than your typical White Afrikaner(Like myself) and Black South African(There are exceptions yes).........NOT because they are white but because English is their first and only language.............Secondly by mannerisms(NOT Manners) I meant by they way he speaks/wrights, as in sentence construction and Grammar(Not his racist outbursts as you call it), just like your typical Afrikaner has a certain way of speaking English
