This was a pre election matter. If candidature has been voided as you rightly stated, it therefore means that in the eyes of the law, APC had no valid candidate and ought not to have even participated in the elections at all!

It should be clear by implication that any vote in APC's favour is a void vote ie it doesn't exist. It is a waste, it shouldn't have happened and therefore stands discountenanced!

I pray oshiomhole goes beyond his boundary.

So that people would finally treat his madness.

As it stands now, the position is that the votes for APC will be voided and discounted, the total votes remaining will be used and PDP will be sworn in.
