Not entirely a bad idea and I find your attitude refreshing.

I wish you luck.

It depends on the kind of business you have in mind.
If you have a friend in Abuja, why not plan to stay with him for a short time, then set up your business before you start thinking of getting your own apartment?
Re: Relocating To Nigeria by Asquare84(m): 9:18pm On Feb 13, 2020
In places like karu/nyanya you can get a good self contained for like 150 k, the area is good with modern facility

lolz.
.good move bro.

like someone earlier suggested, you should look towards Karu/Nyanya. they are more economically viable for the common man. cost of living is cheap, and it's just 100 naira transport to the central business area in town. So you can easily be commuting to town for business if you desire.

leave gwagwalada for now pls.

Abuja is good but to maximize your N500K, go to a state with low cost of living where you can rent self contained for N100K and below, the remaining N400K can last a long time before you get a job or start business

This seems to be the major reason you want to relocate. All these Africans are pure racists against their own blacks. Too bad. Unfortunately, you have to face tribalism in Nigeria too.
