My new iPhone XS Max is not connecting to iTunes. It was initially showing an error. Now that Ive updated the iTunes to the latest version, it’s not just showing at all when I connected my phone.

you mean on computer? if yes download 3utools and use it to update thr usb drivers

Please I have an iPhone 8plus with a cracked back glass. I gave it to an engineer to change which he did but after fixing the back glass the phone has failed to reboot. It comes on but get stucked at the apple logo stage, it won't reboot. Hard resetting has been tried but it didn't work. The engineer has also been trying all he knows, but no success yet. He later told me that's his first time working on an iPhone 8plus. Can I get engineer that can fix this phone for me here?

probably the engineer pulled a flex or something when he was disambling the phone. someone have suggested who to contact

Please I bought a new IphoneX and observed that the battery health is at 94%. The previous UK used I got was at 97%.

I intend returning it to the store for replacement, but want to know if anyone has had similar issue of battery health of new iPhone being below 100. Thanks.

first of all was the phone sealed when u bought it(like the carton was sealed with nylon?) if yes return it. but if you bought used then u shouldnt worry about the phone the battery is okay. and if the phone wasnt sealed when u bought it then its not new but premium used.

which of th applications be clearer. by the way check ur apple id and make sure all the setting are okay. if u are check ur auto updates etc

Yes the phone was sealed. I broke it open myself and saw the accessories in it.

I took it to an Engineer he said it should be the battery but after changing,he tried putting it on which was successful but got stuck at the Apple logo. I just dumped it.

Mobile data setting screen blank and phone is no service. Mobile data in control center become disable.
I have updated to latest ios.

What i have done :
resetting network setting
rebooting phone multiple times
resetting all setting

but the issue still persist.

Factory unlock is GSM unlocked to use any network carrier on it but chip unlock is GSM locked, which means you can only use the chip to unlock a network before you can use it on the phone.

My iPhone X charges fast but once it gets to 80%, it just stays there. Battery life is at 89%. What could be the problem?
