The Bayelsa case is not the fault of SC. There are electoral laws that should be followed. It's the fault of APC to field someone that forged his certificate. Unless the law is changed to allow individual take responsibility for their sins but as a joint ticket, whatever A does affects B. Besides, it's a pre election case. This case should have been settled even before the commencement of the election.

Oshiomhole as a Ruling party’s National Chairman can’t even maintain stability in his party, while Secondus as an Opposition party’s National Chairman is waxing stronger and conquering.

This shows the difference between the two parties. One is filled with incompetent, clueless, timid and gullible members while the other is filled with tactical, intelligent and smart members.
