Good day my fellow nairalanders. Expert in the house what cause this thin on my face that looks like red rash. Could it be caused by acne or cream. I once had a fine face but ever since I had acne my face has never be the same again. Pls I need help. No insults pls just tell me the possible cause and the remedy thanks.
