We are here to show you round the CATTLE RANCH (Cattle Farm) at Awenla Village, via Egbeda- Ibogun, Ifo. Ogun State, still under construction by TUNWARD PROJECT CONSULT. Thanks for your time.

As Agricultural sector is one of the sectors that is productive at present in Nigeria, this calls for many investors to invest in it., be it live stock farming or crop farming.

By this We were contacted by a client been referred by a nairalander some weeks back.
He told us he has a 10plots of land in Ifo, In which he intends rearing cattle for meat production ( cattle fattening).

Tunward Project Consult, we did lot of researches on how his aim can be achieved with his low budget. Base on this, the farm will need:
(1) Quarters for the workers
(2)Good security house
(3)spacious storage house
(4)two pen:
(i)feed lot (where cattles are tied and feed)
(ii)feed lot (where cattle can roam about in there compartment)
(5)Ramp (for easy offload of cows from lorry)
(6)Scale ( for checking the cows weight)
(7)Water bore hole ( for frequent supply of water).

But all these in a low form to save his cost.

Site visitation in proper. checking the area and the situation on the land. We found out that someone was in control before but the client has to get rid of him for Tunward to come on board. We met a big pen made of galvanise iron pole which must be removed as it wasn’t well done. Just for us to start quarters for the workers and the store house for the farm.

The construction work begins! We have to mark out the portion scheduled for the quarters and the store with the security house. The quarters is of 3 rooms and two toilets, while the security and the store is a building just to save cost. The setting out and excavation begins with no time. With the arrival of blocks to be used in which it’s 9 inches block.

To save cost. We plan to do fence to run round where the two (2) pens will be constructed as the pen will be made to the fence wall. As other perimeter of the whole land will be secure with the use of muringa tree.
