After a serious battle with the INEC portal, i was finally able to apply and download my application slip

Go to inecrecruitment.com, you'll see it written at the bottom page that "if you didn't get a notification mail you can reset your password here'.
Just do that and check your mail or spam folder

Brother, there is no specific background color, just make sure both ears and eyes are visible and also your shoulder to chest region.
