My own problem is different. My course of study is not listed in the academic qualifications section.

There are even no means to contact them in case an applicant runs into such problems.

The email provider you are using could be a factor. I guess you are using yahoomail. If yes, try using some other email provider like gmail and thank me later.

If you requested for a reset password link to resent to you, immediately check your spam n you will see it there.

Their site seems really cheap with no SSL sef. If you wish to further on with your registration without much hitches try and do it very early in the morning like around 4 a.m and use chrome browser.

This might be very difficult to answer especially when they said we can only register once. I am in the same position and going to wait until I had no choice but to use another email provider. No one knows nothing here, all you wil get is some random answers.

U can't use your state code for this. There is a particular number on ur discharge certificate. That's what is required
