Dont be too sure. The culprits may have "planted" an innocent person's phone there to divert and derail the line of criminal investigation. The Police has to be thorough and professional otherwise they'll never get to the bottom of this.

Since smoking of high weed ( marijuana) including other hard drugs has replaced cigar smoking, and people, particularly youths are consuming them as if there are no laws regulating there consumption, hence the gruesome killing and kidnapping we are witnessing.
