No court has found him guilty of forgery, the Supreme Court merely concluded without any exhaustive process including summoning the school's involved etc on the matter that he is not qualified to run because it doubts his certificate. Proving forgery means proving Beyond Reasonable Doubt through a criminal trial, that has not been achieved.

He was evasive on this press conference. Was expecting him to clarify how the names keep changing. For example for you gain admission into Secondary School, your Pry School certificate is the basis. Same applies to gain admission into University. I suspect he got involved in the scandal after his school certificate results were cancelled in the first secondary school he attended In Abonema in Rivers State).

A good investigation as to the name he enrolled with in his WAEC in Rivers where 5 subject were cancelled and the name on his WAEC obtained in Ogbia, in Bayelsa will expose this fraud.

If not impunity, you would have corrected these names long ago. There are cases were even a single wrong alphabet in a name has denied the common man many opportunities. Sometimes these mistakes come from govt institutions yet you will pay through your nose to correct them but this joker who have 5 certificates with 5 different names want to hoodwink us. We are talking about one's certificates in one's possession for ages not a one off typo error.I live and work outside the shores of Nigeria.I know what I went through in order to prove that the three names on my international passport and the two ( without my middle name) on my first degree certificate were mine. The problem is that Nigeria is a lawless country, hence he was able to get to the level he is with such obvious irregularities.

Back in the day in 2005 I almost lost my University admission because someone decides to smoke weed and change my last name. I went through a lot of stress trying to convince the University management that my name was written in error. Thank God when they finally checked the master list (reluctantly), they discovered their error. My name was written correctly on the master list and the number correspond with the list where my name was written in error. If not for that master list, I could have lost my admission.
Now if I could go through hell just because of one mistake on my name, how can someone have 5 different names on his documents for years and survive?

The man had asked the trial court to subpoena the institutions and any other witnesses necessary since an allegation of forgery is s criminal one which needs to be proven beyond reasonable doubt, but the court refused saying that it would cause delays.

I must honestly commend you for trying your best to convince me on this issue.While not insinuating that you are lying, it is quite difficult for me to believe that a Nigerian politician with their antecedents would genuinely have reasons for such discrepancies on his credentials.
