Prospect of a possible alliance between the Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN and Congress for Progressive Change, CPC, was dashed yesterday in Kano as the leader of the party and former governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu described CPC as parading “expired leadership.”

Not so sure as his immunity will prevent any prosecution until aftrr he leaves office. Highest court can order is his sack. The PDP mandate cannot be upstaged by post-election matter. And if pre-election, it is already statute'barred.

Very good! Let them do a thorough investigation. If it is true he forged certificates, then he should be expelled from the Senate and jailed for it. But if it is proven false and he did not forge any certificate, then those Supreme Court justices need to be sacked, tried and jailed for intentionally denying the electoral votes of Bayelsans and destroying the faith people have in the voting system. Heads must roll after the investigation is concluded.

My question is if found innocent, will the PDP governor be sacked and his mandate restored?
I think they should have done this before judgement was pronounced at the Supreme Court.
