Of course his loyalty is towards the President not the government, to the Presidency not the Constitution. Nigerians, these men are not answerable to you. It is time you begin to reform your country. Citizens of every nation I know are always wary with the powers they GIVE by elections and watch like hawks what is done with the powers to ensure such powers are not abused to their disadvantage. Far more than a bad reputation. It is putting our democracy in peril. This is a mini coup within the government. When the chain of command is broken the government is broken. Something likethis happened in Congo (I think) many years ago and guns were drawn in the executive chamber at meet.
