Fulanis used to kidnap around that area but stopped a few years ago. I suspect these ones are political thugs too except some Fulanis have managed to return.

I was thinking its illegal to be in possession of alcoholic while on duty. How will they operate sincerely with a crate of Stout in their operational vehicle. Hope the crate was taken as evidence and not for consumption by those on duty.
