They are not the normadic herdsmen you know that comes from the north and eat up peoples farm. I can't give my cows to strangers who will disappear with them in the middle of the night.
Am using herders who were raised, brought up, built house and married in my community and even speaks my dialect.
So, they are traceable and they know the terrains - they know peoples farms and where not to go
