*LAGOS STATE NPOWER BENEFICIARIES WILL STILL EMBARK ON STRIKE DESPITE COMMENCEMENT OF PAYMENT*

You will all recall that Npower volunteers concluded last December to embark on indefinite strike when they refused to pay three months stipends (Oct, Nov,& Dec) a few days later, the minister came on air to address the issues and subsequently, payment commenced that very week.

Now it has seriously become obvious that the Minister and her officials have seen the handwriting on the wall that volunteers have officially announced to go on strike with Lagos State volunteers as the front runner.

Now for the very first time since the inception of this program, Npower started paying on "SUNDAY" haba!!!! Something is fishing here and very soon, the truth will prevail.

To all Lagos state Npower volunteers, the main reason for embarking on this strike is not because of delay in payment, it is because our Legislature said "we don't exist" they claimed Npower is paying "ghost worker" just imagine this statement after rendering meritorious service for the past three years to the state and now claiming we don't exist which is evidence in the ongoing recruits as No Consideration was given to Volunteers.

Well, be informed that the strike action will still officially commenced 24th February 2020 and we urged all volunteers to observe this action to make it effective. We shall set up Npower enforcement agents to help go round schools, primary health centre and all ADP/LSADA to ensure this strike action is effective.

We assured you all that your payment will not in any way be affected. Let's all come together to do this for the interest of everyone volunteers in Lagos State especially now that Lagos state government is not considering employing volunteers.

I watched it live on channels TV on their review when house bof reps summoned the minister and management of npower on non payment of the stipend.
These are her words :
AS FAR AS N-POWER IS CONCERNED EVERYBODY HAS BEEN PAID...SHE STARTED STAMMERING AND FLARING UP ...AND THE MODERATORS ASKED HER TO BE SPECIFIC AND STRAIGHT FORWARD ABOUT THE PAYMENTS, ...SHE WAS JUST BEATING ABOUT THE BUSH BY BEING AMBIGUOUS IN HER RESPONSES , SHE THEN PUSHED THE ACCOUNTANT TO DEFENS HER...THAT STARTED SAYING THEIR ARE STEPS AND PROCEDURES TO PAYING EVERYONE, THAT ITS GOING THROUGH BUREAUCRATIC PROCESS .....then the moderators vowed to investigate deeper into it to ascertain that the non payment of stipend is a false accusation......
It was obvious that woman has used our money for investment and waiting for interest.,...she's evil and has no good agenda for us.... these people t taking us for a ride seriously.....

Now they're just paying...
We really need to do something about this before it snowballs into a bigger monster....
