To some extent I agree with you, but meat is also am excellent source of protein and crucially vitamin B12 ( that's why many vegans have to take vitamin B12 supplements which don't really act as a good substitute)

We have said this long time ago. It takes sacrifice to achieve a noble cause in life.
Unfortunately, in Nigeria several people are not ready to run on it.
The Americans suffocate their enemies through economic sanctions.
If the herdsmen are killing us and we are fully patronizing their stock, then we will suffer for long.

Good enough, we are blessed with other sources of protein in the south like: Fish of various types, chicken turkey, snails, goat, eggs, various species of bush meat, beans etc., etc. These are all rich sources of protein we can feed on and naturally push away the herdsmen from business.
If a man is economically suffocated, he becomes weak, and bend to existing rules to survive.

This is an opportunity to create more wealth for the youths through agriculture. Kudos to the Akwa-Ibom state government, whom have imported a first set of cows from brazil. Other states can take it up from there. Particularly states that these herdsmen have killed without hinderance and JUSTICE.

NIGERIANS wake up, root away this suffering due to killings by these protected herdsmen, time to rethink and dump that heart disease protein from cow meat.

Jonathan is not an igbo man for God's sake. And all that you wrote there does not make any sense. Hausa and Igbo people have been bloody enemies for years now.

Do you know that south east region is the largest consumers of cow meat in Nigeria.

Majority of Fulani cows making it towards south with their Distruction and killings are heading to the East to sell their meat.

Do you know how may cows are slaughtered weekly in the east for various events and regular consumption.

Igbos needs to know that they are indirectly keeping Fulani businesses alive and funding their terrorism.
