It's very wrong to state that MOST architects on Nairaland are dreamers. You are very wrong in that submissions. As a matter of fact people have had their own fair share of experience with issuing out plans to people who leave with such plan and never comes back. What do you have to say to that?

Oga,....people asked for a private chat so they can send their floor plans to you alone without sharing it to everybody and you said no,...any body that took his brain, time and energy to design a floor plan will not post it here with your kind of request,...except that person stole it....why not stop this drama and go source for it elsewhere since you are not ready to get it privately,......for you I formation, Architecture is very expensive,....and it's an intellectual property,....it's like telling an author to send you his sample manuscript on Nairaland,......Architects like me will not give you my design even privately,....we are not that desperate.....The guy that gave you an undimentioned floor plan went out of his way yet you had the effontry to call it graphic design I stead of discussing business with him,....I'm not sure you'll be able to pay an Architect if you eventually find one,.....

Nigerians we really have a long way to go.. Mr chidon myself and others have tried to explain things to you but it seems like you are not ready to even try to understand... Why not meet or search for an Architect around your vicinity surely there ll be one, walk into his office and ask him for a sample floor plan or sketch am sure he ll gladly give it to you and bid you goodbye.

Most Nigerian architects run around one floor plan but present it in many 3D images...that's why they are too conscious about it..they want you to pay before they show you their plagiarized plans, some have never had 'SKETCH' of their own not to talk of plan. Why so tensed about other architects copying your work?? I was thinking architects are professionals and have ethical code of conduct. Only an architect that pirates other architects will be afraid of been pirated. If you are truly an architect and a professional, regard your colleagues to be professionals too, if they are not, then you guys should speak to yourself..you guys are making this section 'boring'..he is asking for 'SKETCH' of floor plan, SKETCH!!..not a pirated plan of a mansion in 3D.
