Many (if not most) African xtians are members of these loud, noise-making, obnoxious churches. Are they not culpable for supporting them with their time, presence and money?

If it isn't the churches themselves then it's the members going out to 'evangelize' at stupid hours of the day. The members know it is happening, other xtians know it is happening, why do they not admonish them?
