WIDD
After months of crying and praying. I was tired and all i started doing was just thanking my father in heaven. I stopped making request only thanking Him and greeting the Holy Trinity morning, afternoon and before bedtime.

I saw my gynae who gave me letrozole, metformin and parlodel (cause I had water discharge from my breast.)
Took the letrozole(2nd day of my AF for 5 days, two tablet each at the same time every day) and metformin(once a day to boost ovulation) in the morning and parlodel at night( my gynae said that I should start with half tablet because of it's side effect and then increase it to one and to two tablet every night. I make sure I take it when I know I'm about to sleep because the side effect). I also take folic acid and Vit b6 every night through out my cycle.

After taking letrozole for five day, I started taking Vitex 2days after every morning and the remaining parlodel, folic acid and b6 every night till the date of my next cycle. AF didn't show, I had to wait for 5 days before testing and to God be the glory, it came out positive.

I'm a silent follower of this group and I've really learnt a lot here. I hope this will benefit someone and encourage them that God is still on the throne granting prayer request. Baby dust to all TTC mothers.

But would love to know if anyone has any info about these drugs?
Or is there any doctor or anyone (who has gone through this road before) in the house who could recommend any other more potent drug/supplements to use?

Keep trying, keep believing God, go for checkups , don’t listen to quack doctors. Infertility or just not getting pregnant can be stressful on any relationship. Please make your relationships with your partners priority not just only when ovulating. It’s that relationship that will strengthen you during the sad and disappointing times. My son is 9 now and my daughter is 4. Keep believing good luck!

Try getting her a blackseed oil. Boil a cup of water and add two spoonful of the blackseed oil in the boiled water, also add a spoon of honey to it. Stair it all together and let it cool to the room temperature, tell her to drink it.
She can do this morning and night

Then try and get her big coconut, put the coconut water in a small bowl seperately, cut the coconut in small pieces then use the coconut water to blend it all in a blender or food processor...
Use a strainer to strain the shaft from the water... You've just made a coconut milk �, tell her to finish it throughout that whole day by drinking it frequently instead of drinking water. Do this for like 4x in a week then u can also use water to substitute the remaining 3 days because a big coconut now cost like 400 but the milk you'll derive from it would be x2 of the ones in supermarket.

Moreso, tell her to always drink enough water frequently.. You'll surely thank God for doing so.
U can also get the coconut milk in supermarkets at #450-#500 but I prefer homemade.

Count is less than the WHO recommended which is 20 million, technically motility is 80% dead, Morphology is ok in my own opinion1This is too much minimum 3 days abstinence
2. take your partner there with you to give you mouth action

just out of curiosity why was it hand written?

bj not good for sfa, as saliva is a sperm killer.
if you find wanking difficult, then maybe you can get your partner to give you a hand job..ensure her hands are clean..and if you can afford it, use ttc friendly lube like preseed , though dry/without lube wanking is the best

3ml is an ok quantity.
8days is too much..will give wrong result, are you not being handled by a doctor?..consider changing docs if actually it was your doc that sent you for sfa with 8 days abstinence!. 3 days is best.. 4 days still ok
