I'm very confused on which to buy as both fits my budget
I need battery big screen and good camera.

well, take it to carlcare, if it's still under the warranty period then it could be fixed for free. Just visit them, they'll explain better.

Note that there is no big difference between p22 and SD 439

all depends on what you want. Both devices are not the same but if you ask me I'll go for the Camon 12 pro. I have my reasons.
