It has finish, all this useless good for nothing southern governors don sell us for there personal gain. Why will a government establish communities for particular tribe, if they have nothing hiding, is it forbidden for fulani peoples to leave in the mix of human being? Just like like my brothers from the east, west, s- south and other tribes that will go to north and settle in the mix of human being, why can't they give there own ancestral land to other tribes that settled in there mix.

After going through the messages, my deductions is that it is not compulsory for any state to establish it in his state, it is for any state that wish to do so and federal government will support such government with 80% funding.
Personally for me any herdmen that can not practice ranching in southern part should stay up north and be rugarising their self. Any governor from south that try to implement that thing should be voted out with his political party
