That its 20k in the market and you are selling the used version for 17k is broad daylight robbery, how much more qualifying it as a clearance sales. I bought my first student fridge at the rate of 35k. Some months later, the market value of that same fridge skyrocketed to 45k. Now, if I want to sell off mine, would it be at the rate of 40k? (Remember that the original price of purchase was 35k). There is only one angle to defining clearance sales and it is synonymous to to awoof sales/items sold at unbelievably low prices.... I am not here to banter words with you so it won't look like I am bullying you. I have presented you with the fact, now its left for you to take it or not. Have a blessed Sunday bro.




PS I have household items (bed frame, mattrass, TV, fridge, wardrope...down to kitchen fittings and accessories) to sell. My prices are reasonable, but because I don't see them as clearance sales, I can't showcase them here for possible purchase. By the time I am ready to sell off these properties that cost me 10 naira to purchase for 2 naira, I would showcase them here.
