Corona Virus: #Lagos Pharmacy accused of selling a bottle of hand sanitizer for N19,950

"So because of Corona virus, Medmark Pharmacy on Adekunle Osomo street Soluyi Gbagada sold this 500 ml sanitizer for N19,950. We didn't notice, got back opened the product then debit alert of N19,950 came in. Took it back and they insist that is the price.

I need to escalate this to whoever it may concern, this is too much"

This is ridiculous to say the least... Approximately N20,000 is a whole lot! Before now, it will buy an entire carton and you will still have change!

What was the price of the item prior to the outbreak of Convid 9? If the price has been hiked just recently, then it isn't a business opportunity but pure greed and being unpatriotic.

Concerned authorities should look into this.

people are using this opportunity to make money that they don't know if they will even spend the money or not.....pharmacist for crying out loud.

But the poster or whoever personally and without force inserted his/her atm card on the pos mschine. Was he she not aware of the price shown on the machine? Or how do you pay for an item willingly and come on social media and scream blue murder?
Do not miss my point please, I do not support people making excess profits on frivolous or cheap opportunity, but if everyone refuses to pay, they will be forced to return the price to acceptable amount. Anyway, I bought a 500ml hand sanitizer for equivalence of N3250.00 somewhere on earth..
