Nigerian Judges are some the problem bedevilling this country.

The CSOs and Lawyers should take the matter further to Court of Appeal and Supreme if need be.

The fattened Judge must be sticking of corruption. Look at his face,he has probably swallowed billions of naira in bribes.

Which way Nigeria?

Of course the aberration must not be allowed to stand. It should be appealed.

Nigeria courts can never solve our problem. Just use the money you pay those lawyer to employ like 5 snipers, they know what to do

Even if a former governor or deputy governor wants to collect pension, it should have limit
About 400million naira is given to former governors in Lagos state...imagine how many lives that money will improve!

the constituition states some of this people can not be board members not to talk of chairman of a company for life after retirement, and during their tenure they cant have businesses, other than farming for the 8 years and any of their family cant own a foreign account yet you think they wont loot or ask for jumbo pension

There's no problem, by the time each state have like 20 past governor and pay over a billion per year on only pension. Nobody will asked them to stop before each state amend the law.

The most corrupt tier of government in Nigeria is the judiciary... they keep playing with rulings that will mean life or death to the common man as if they playing ludo. Everyone of dem judges trying to proove he knows the constitution better hence trashing one another's rulings.

Nigeria judges are something else because some of them or der cronies are eyeing the office so dey must support

It is the law and that's the problem. The judges can only interprete the law as they see it. The problem is the house who makes the law. They tend to make self-serving laws to benefit themselves and their cronies

Previous verdict by the Court of Appeal is more superior than the National Industrial Court's. I don't see it standing whatsoever.

Pensions are for serving staff/employee

Ones u leave employment, you seize to earn such from the company, so why should the state continue to pay ex governor pension
