Bros, you should tone down on this your argument. The more you try to defend your earlier comment, the more you continue to insult our financial capabilities and sensibilities

I have sold a couple of clearance items here and the people from here who purchased them are not financially "small" in any measure. Infact, i get humbled after exchanging conversations with them.

See, people patronize clearance sales for reasons other those bordering on financial status.

First of all, not all items on clearance sales are used. Some of them are still brand new and selling for much lesser than the normal market price. It is only commonsensical to buy them instead of doling out extra cash to buy at normal market price.

Also, some items on clearance sales could just be a perfect match for your purpose. Why buy a new one then, even if i can afford it? An example is a wardrobe i bought from a nairalander (God bless you, Tobi) who relocated to Canada with her family. The wardrobe dimensions fit nicely into my room, plus that it was relatively cheap to me and was of very high quality. Why subject myself to the uncertainties and psychological unrest of having to build a new one from Kazeem the carpenter, even if i could afford it?

Again, proximity and time are salient factors too.

Please, when you make such comments like that in public, speak for yourself and use personalized words and stop making blanket statements.
