Mama please monitor your BP, unless you did CS, hbp is usually the culprit.
The Dr will prescribe some drugs for you that will help you wee all the water away.

The heat matter no be only you o. I can't even tell the number of times I bath before daybreak plus my first daughter is helping a lot. She'll be like "mummy sorry, lemme fan you small". It is well. Include plenty of water and fruits in your menu. Pele, it will end well by His Grace.
