Just because you have shown me what you believe does not imply i completely agree with you!
I am free to make my own analysis and opinion...Okay?
It is not what I believe.
The SC itself put up that list not me. Point is they can rehear and set aside same case

There will be a rerun within 90 days from today.

Uzodinma will be completely and roundly defeated.

Mark my words.
sad as it is, if there is a rerun, Ihedioha will not win. Okorocha, Hope, Nwosu and Ararume are in alignment now and the wards affected are deep in orlu zone where Nwosu and okorocha are Kings..... They had rather see Hope sit in Douglas house than Ihedioha.

If they set aside the judgement, hope will still approach the supreme court to seek review on the judgement because their is no place the constitution allows the Supreme court to review it's judgement, also their is a time frame for election cases which has since elasped so you see why there has to be an end to litigation, unless the supreme court wants to continue entertaining reviews on this case..

Uzodimma's lawyer clearly told the supreme court they have no jurisdiction to hear this case!

This is just the absolute truth. Forget the noisemaking, even if the justices approves rerun Ihedioha still don't stand a chance.

Uzodinma lawyer must be mad so he is ok with the supreme Court giving Fourth position winner in an election.

I have never seen anything like this before in my life. Well Sha na 9ja we dey

You continue showing 2 cases which are very unrelated to this case to show the supreme court can reverse its decision. Dont worry after 3pm today you will rest. This matter is done and dusted. Again there has to be an end to litigation!!!!! Especially election cases... Stop deceiving yourself

Ihedioha's lawyer was lazy and didnt argue his case well during the trials, now he feels the Supreme court will help him argue his case well? He is trying to reopen trial for a case that has been concluded due to his incompetence.. Even if the Supreme court was wrong, the lawyers of Ihedioha are to blame..

You have a very valid point about ihedioha lawyer but these laws are made by human being and for human beings.

You can't steal the people's choice just like that. I was not in imo during the election but i was around when hope was declared winner. Imo state was silent and in shock.

Enter d streets you would know if truly hope ever won d election.

Just the rumor of ihedioha win people have started shouting here.

If the supreme Court has to review that case 20 time for justice to be served so be it.

Let the wishes of the people be granted

it's not about standing a chance, it's about power play. It's obvious that Ihedioha won the election but issues on ground have tilted the balance against him, if there should be a rerun, same scenario that played out in 2015 rerun will repeat itself.

There was no clear winner in that election, Ihedioha didnt score up to 25% votes to be declared winner. The best he could have gotten was a rerun, there was no way he was going to be declared winner..

How did inec declare him winner?. If you are correct then inec has a case to answer in this case.

Why are they not called up to bring their official result sheet

Thats the case here, INEC wrongly announced him as winner when there should have been a rerun, both of them were not clear winners of that election. The best Supreme Court could have done was to order a rerun but that has not been overtaken by events unless the supreme court reverses itself which is almost impossible but expecting the Supreme Court to out rightly announce Ihedioha as winner is laughable

I'm not a lawyer but reason am how can inec wrongfully declare someone winner. Well

9ja sef tire person

Then again why are you always insisting that sc can't reverse it's judgement? Someone here says it's possible.

How can you take something from first position and give it to Fourth position.

I feel for both Hope and Ihedioha. Their body temperature will detect coronavirus instantly. They don't need to be quarantined but exhibited

Those saying that if rerun is declared in those 366 wards or polling units that ihedioha will be defeated have failed to take note of the following issues,
Number of registered voters in those units,
Number of votes ihedioha is leading against hope uzodinma,
There will also be low voter turnout, finally imo voters are likely going to vote pdp again becos they have great hatred against apc as a party.

Are you on ground in IMO state? Ihedioha never won the election because he never got the 2/3 required though it's Inec fault besides that the votes returned from mbaise axis were highly manipulated so how do you posit that 2015 will repeat itself? Or you think IMO state is only owerri zone? See, Rochas messed up initially with his in-law choice and that gave the platform for the manipulation but with recent events Ihedioha never stand a chance in rerun.

You're very wrong. The wards and polling units in question are strongholds of Hope Uzodimma irrespective of party affiliation he will always win,let alone now with Rochas and Ararume support.Take it to the bank Ihedioha never stand a chance if it gets to rerun on those polling units and wards even if it's IMO state in general.
His lawyers actually messed up the case and I don't see any reprieve.

Like I stated earlier, if the SC reverse it's ruling and choose the option of a rerun, I believe Ihedioha wouldn't win in the rerun. If you are imo man, you truly analyzed the political atmosphere in imo state prior to the election, you will honestly tell ur self Hope had no chance in winning the election, the fight was between Ihedioha and Nwosu and to some extension Ararume and definitely u should know why it played out that way. You talking of 2/3 spread, I don't want to start educating you on how many lga's there is each of the 3 zones in imo state, Ihedioha had a clean sweep in owerri zone, took parts of okigwe, had a good showing in some parts of orlu. Ararume was dominant in okigwe and you know Nwosu had orlu zone on lock. That is the reason the difference in total numbers between Ihedioha, Nwaosu and Ararume was not much, cos each player dominated their zone.

My reference of 2015, if you know what played out between okorocha and Ararume, then you should understand why my reference to 2015, if it all comes down to a rerun.

See the reason Hope had no chance in 2015 was simply because of Rochas factor of supporting his in-law not because Hope wasn't a popular candidate remember he was the incumbent senator then.

Secondly orlu zone have 13 LGAs,Owerri 9 LGAs,Okigwe 6 LGAs tell me how anybody outside orlu can get 2/3 without orlu support,Ihedioha never got tangible vote from orlu he only won because of manipulated figure from mbaise.I still repeat Ihedioha never won the previous election free and square.Again make no mistake about it Hope uzodimma votes were actually canceled and had it not been so the issue of coming fourth will not suffice.

Well let's wait till 3pm all these talks will be bygone.

Stop being ignorant.
The Bayelsa judgement was without ambiguity...Lyon and his deputy ran on a JOINT ticket and hence got disqualified JOINTLY for the latter's certificate forgery.

As for the fine imposed on Wole and Babalola, that was for filing for a review which was deemed frivolous, as they could not point to any clerical error committed by the SC in that judgement.

The case of IMO was a complete mis-carriage of justice, as evident in the multiple errors made besides other bizarre pronouncements that have no basis in our laws.
Mr wise man, I was actually waiting for 3pm today to reply your post, I can see who is the ignorant here, or have you not heard the supreme Court today? This is Nigeria.....oya conk your head 3 times angry angry angry angry
