Imo Supreme Court Review:

Justice Centus Nweze, disagreed with the lead verdict and gave a dissenting opinion that allowed Ihedioha’s application.

Justice Nweze said he was satisfied that the judgement that declared Uzodinma winner was entered in error.

He held that the apex court has a duty to in the interest of justice, set-aside its decision that was given in error.

Still on Justice Nweze JSC:

“The Supreme Court in other jurisdictions have set aside itself per incuriam where it realized that it's judgement was given illegally or misled".

“He made reference to House of Lord, UK Supreme Court, US Supreme Court, Australia Supreme Court & said that this Court has the power to over rule itself which it has done in the past for the sake of Justice”.

The truth shall always prevail...

Remember that the tanko handling this case came to the position unjustly for the purpose of fulanisation, he cannot give just judgment no matter the clearity of your truth and justice.

The whirlwind sowed by those that love Injustice will not spare them.

NCAN has taken a little deviation from it's modus operandi of profiling only yahoo boys and drug traffickers

and has verified that the judge in question is a biafran judge.

The supreme court itself knows fully well that it has given a shameful verdict, if this judgement had been given by lower court supreme Court will easily set it aside but just like when African parents wrong their children to apologise and revoke their former stance/decision is a problem because of ego and feeling of 'what can anyone do to me'

Judging from the comments above it shows how stupid some Nigerians are being wired to think that one cannot air out his/her genuine opinion without being categorized as a Wailer or Zombie...like wtf!

Hmmm, If he was not part of the panel that removed him in the first judgement then he had a point but if he was part of the panel why kicking yaself grin

The error didn't declare Ihedioha the right person to be governor. It just stated that Uzodinma isn't the right person also. There should have been a rerun

The throne of God is founded on Judgement and Righteousness.

Those that seat to judge others must note that God gave them a rare privilege to say what He would have said.

If they tilt judgement then they will answer to the Supreme Court of God.
