China scientist doing a lab work to check if the virus is affected by weather and it comes out negative can never be conclusive because as I know no one knows totally about the virus or has understood it totally .The view weather has an impact on the virus is a deductive view. Coronavirus is widely known to be a flu virus. Flu virus are normally active in the winter period that's why you see more people with flu during the cold. The cold makes it easy for the virus to strive. So people are deducing since the Coronavirus is related to the flu virus then probably the weather has an impact on it. This is not conclusive but a good guess based on reason and facts...and yes some people can be genetically disposed to a certain virus than others...they are carryings out research on the virus RNA and with time the world will get to understand it better....but don't be surprise that climate is a factor to its spread for it is quite possible
