In this viral Video, An Unlnown Nigerian police man was caught on camera wrapping weed in a police van to smoke and get high.

He was even doing it conveniently and publicly not minding the public looking at him.

Nigerian online has however condemn the act while some people just laugh it off. What do you think could be done to cub all this in the police force?.
