Abeg free the man. He is mentally challenged, and on a normal day people like him should be taken better care of instead of allowing them to roam the streets where they constitute security risk to people. If he has stabbed the lady to death now, what should one be saying?

A lady survived a knife stab by a mentally challenged man at Oruokpota hall, Ring road in Benin, Edo State’s capital, IgbereTV reports.

Eyewitnesses revealed that the incident occurred while the stab victim was having a discussion with a friend on the walkway.

According to IgbereTV report, the mentally challenged man stabbed the lady with a knife after she and her friend ignored his warning of leaving the walkway.

The mentally challenged man was however disarmed by passersby before he could cause any more damage.

Something similar almost happened today.

There was traffic and our driver decided to reversed..

Lo and behold the mad man was beckoning him to come...

It will shock u all to know that there are 3 police check points very close to Uruokpota hall.One directly opposite the lady ( a minute walk from her)another one adjacent to d lady(same one minute walk) And lastly the one very close to mission road...And non of them are there to Help.......Mad man or no mad man, once a person charges towards u be it male or female in a ferocious manner ,quickly avoid that person.This incident could av been averted.........I wish her quick recovery.

What's with this stupidity of having to catch everything on camera? Someone was stabbed and you had to take out your phone to make a video of the person, instead of finding a means to render assistance or better still get the hell outta the way. This is my problem with a lot of folks, the mindless following of silly trends, just to gain worthless fame. If I were the friend of the person stabbed, I'd slap the damn phone off your hands so far, cars will quash and smash it before you get a chance to pick it up.
