A Nigerian lady by the name Hafusat Ibuloye, allegedly killed herself and her 15-year-olf daughter, Aduke, with the desire to hurt her husband for abandoning them.

Report said that the deceased woke up her daughter in the early hours of Thursday, February 27, 2020, in their house at Idumota, Lagos Island to drink a poisonous substance.

HGS Media Plus learnt that she gave the younger children to drink the poisonous substance, but they refused. Hafusat, however drank hers and was found unconscious by the neighbours who rushed her to the hospital where she passed on.

Report also said that Hafusat was bitter that her husband had not reached out to her many years after he relocated to the U.S.

Hafusat’s frustration increased after she learnt that her husband had returned from USA about three months ago but never looked for them.

This is very heartbreaking

Possibly the husband planned with his family to abandon them for reasons best known to them.

Too bad, I must admit.

Marriage is important in one's life, but if we dey marry, make we marry carefully so as not to marry the wrong person that will make life unbearable for us.

But still, for the sake of humanity and loved ones, she shouldn't have killed herself and the innocent daughter.
