I'm gonna give you four practical options to choose from.

Tailoring/fashion design: Use 50k - 70k to acquire vocational skills in tailoring and catering.

Use another 50k to purchase a sewing machine.

Use 20k to purchase material such as thread, lining, zip, hooks, and other materials...

Use the rest of the money to sustain yourself while going for training because this may take awhile.


Alternatively, you can start a mini food business, if you can cook preferable but if you can't, hire two assistants to oversee cooking and sales while you take care of managing and purchasing of cooking utensils. But you must be passively involved.

You can also consider a laundry business but it depends on your location. This business is lucrative If you're in a location with constant power supply. This is because you need power supply for ironing of clothes and to operate a washing machine.

Mini car wash business is good but as a lady this option may not suit you. All you need is a Geepee tank for water storage, pipe, brushes, washing liquid, constructing a drainage channel. This make cost you additional expenses as you may need an assistant.

Which ever option you're going for, at this starting stage, I will not encourage you to rent a large apartment which may swallow up all your savings except for the last two options. If you're going for tailoring, you can use your house, if you're going for food business you can go for an open space.
