Quickly call 018888148 and complain to Npower customer service agent, the line is active, if you cannot reach them today then contact them tomorrow and on Monday, have you Npower ID with you when making your call, your issue is not that serious, your payment failed to deliver, it will be re-initiated and you will be paid, the reinitiation period that I do not know but you will definitely be paid when payment is restarted.

I was paid my Feb stipends two weeks ago but on my dash board its still showing processing even after log out and log in. I hope this will not cause any issue later
