There is a female destitute beneath the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway (if you're heading towards Magodo Phase 1).

She has been defecating & urinating on the pathway for days - inspite of the LASMA OPERATIVES stationed by the Berger Round-About (few meters from she is).

I called the Lagos State Emergency number (112) two days ago and reported the issue but the destitute is still there - till now.

She should be evacuated from there before Ritualists harvest her head & vital organs.
