What Do I Do When My Ebay Account Is Blocked After Placing An Order? by Nobody: 8:55am On Mar 05, 2020
Good morning members.

I am new on eBay and immediately I registered and got the item I wanted to buy,I placed the order and left.

The next day,I received a message that my payment has been received and item is being shipped.

Fast forward,yesterday I log and wanted to know the progress of the item and there is n way to do that and so I opted to message the seller so I can get infos as to when the item will arrive here.

All I got in the mail this morning was that my account has been blocked.Block for what?That I violated the policies of eBay.

What policy did I violate and how do I go about it?Will this affect my order?

Here are pictures..pls,advice from experts in the house on what I should do.

I registered there on the 22nd of last month and made my first check out same day.

Do u have the tracking number?
U can check for it under purchase history..

Yeah,thanks.

Just saw that the buyer replied me before my account was blocked saying it should be in my address in Nigeria now that it has been shipped.

But,I can't in anyway continue give him a response again since my account has been suspended.

I will check my address for the shipping to see if it has been delivered as he said.

Just went to the post office now and they told me nothing like that is available for pick up.
