I am tempted to consider a consolation prize for 4th but the gap is too wide.

This is purely for motivation and to reward hard work. It isn't easy. Permit me to state, the best and advisable work habit was shown by Gabrinchi...don't work everyday, u will burnout fast, have rest for yourself and your car. Sundays are easy cash out days, if u can, take advantage of it. But by all means do what works for u.
