Ofcourse you are alright and fine, however it's this zoo of a country that has rendered millions of people including you to think backwards. So kindly mention one job or profession in this world that permits workers to smoke on duty, I'm waiting. Staffs and workers at cigarette manufacturing companies are not even allowed to smoke during testing and production hours. It means you dont know how things should normally work.

You just don't get it, do you. Yes he's a human first but officers of the law are not suppose to found doing vices or committing ills of the society. If they are are reported or caught in the act, they are instanfly dismissed from service. Why is because indulging in narcotics intake greatly impairs their judgment and ability to reason properly. That it is how it is worldwide.

Go watch what they did to that innocent cop in the movie End of Days who in very tense situation accidentally discharge his firearm on a suspect he was trying to handcuff backwards. In his trial, he was still found guilty for they argued despite his professional training he should have known better to put his firearm on safety. Those are educated humans who are well trained and don't indulge in any form of narcotic in the line of duty.
