I've been ignoring this kid for months now and was going to keep ignoring him but perhaps the best thing to do now is post our chat here for you guys to see. I sold this guy a laptop in October last year, with receipt and full warranty, told him if he gets it and the laptop isn't what he paid for he could send it back at my expense. I followed up on this guy until he received the item and ensured he was TOTALLY satisfied which he confirmed from our chats below.

This is the config of his laptop AMD Quad-Core FX-8800P, AMD Radeon R9 M385 even if someone told you it perfroms like i7 and gtx 1050 can't you Google it

And he is bad-mouthing amd in general
Am sure he doesn't know how to switch from the apu to the dedicated graphics card

You are still looking at AMD from the perspective of the AMD of old... The hot and weak A-series but the new Ryzens are vastly improved. While still not on the same level as Intel (coupled with Nvidia), the company has improved massively.
