A judge can give an order when he deems necessary.Since 2016 when the NJC advised judges not to give conflicting orders but refers a controversial issue to the initial court a lot of conflicting orders have been given with impunity. NJC cannot and did not say any thing on them....So the judge acted within his power and what was brought before him .This is what the FCT judge should have done on the matter. initially ..The Kaduna judge did not cmomit any misconduct more so when politics is at play now preparatory for 2023.

I wouldn't really be bothered because if a Court in Rivers does same tomorrow, you will say it is wrong and the PDP members will say it is perfect.

Simple question; is FCT High Court Jabi a Federal High Court or a State High Court ? can a state High Court (FCT High Court) give judgments on a case bothering another state (Edo APC membership) and even issue an order to a Federal Government Agency (NPF,DSS) and suspend a National Chairaman of a Political Party

do FCT high Court have such jurisdiction?

and is it wrong for Oshiomhole and his lawyers to approach the right Court and secure a proper injuction?

If you were the Executive Arm of Government which court order would you follow? that of a State or that of the FG?

State high court didn't have jurisdiction over Federal agencies and any thing involved many state,FCT high court Jabi was state high court, that was why federal high court nullified the decision

I said this when some people were rejoicing about the Kano order. The judge just put himself in trouble. The NJC said since 2016 that courts should stop giving conflicting orders but instead should refer the matter to the original court hearing the case. I just hope whatever Oshiomole paid this man is worth his career.

I think that both the FCT judge and kano judge need to be suspended.....Giving kangaroo judgements is irresponsible. Nigeria need to get rid of political judges.

In western democracy, what is honourable for the likes of Oshiomole to do is to resign especially now that his presence is dividing the party.

It has often been said that it is Buhari is that holding the party together as it would have collapse given the crisis the likes of Oshiomole is creating.

OSHIOMOLE IS NOT ACCEPTED BOTH AT THE STATE LEVEL ( Edo state ) his home state and Abuja the national level.

What is funny is most of these guys are educated. How they managed to turn oshiomole to an encyclopaedia of knowledge that whatever he says becomes law to them is befuddling. Imagine saying a state high court can't order the police or DSS? So how does the court order an arrest in its daily functions. It is tragic that a person like you who ought to know would elect to lay bare your crass ignorance unabashedly.

Common sense should have told you that a judge of coordinate jurisdiction should not set aside the ruling of another justice.

The best the defendant could have done would have done is to challenge the injunction by appealing against it at a higher court.

Oshiomhole will learn the hard way if the parties baying for his head are in high places of the presidency...they will use him and his compomised//venal judge to set an example

The fact the he is yet to have access to the Secretariat is an indication....

In my earlier comment I said Abuja court should have asked the parties to maintain status cope pending the determination of the matter in April but went ahead hurriedly to give an injunction to satisfy a party.This is an aberration in the judicial dispensation.
