Pls guys I make Shawarma and Grills and I'm currently in dire need of a very busy spot to ply my trade with a reasonable and negotiable charge rate on a weekly/bi-weekly or monthly payment term.

My current spot isn't yielding the desired revenue. One thing with my line of business is that, you have to sell all to make a margin, otherwise, you run at loss as it is a perishable food.
Please help me out if you know of anywhere;

An undergraduate student of the university of ilorin(Actually a suppose graduate but having an extra year)....
I've an experience in shawarma making, stir fried noodles, chicken and chips, asun, barbeque fish....

and I don't know if you could please find me a space to work with you... I'm also from Lagos, ogba ijaiye, that's where I grew up, and if you don't mind, I also have a small shop at ogba which I could lease out at very affordable price and I can bet the environment is very welcoming for this kind of business....

my only problem is the fear to set up and run a business alone....
