I saw this topic's title and at first thought "Well, this guy smokes on the duty. What's the problem? I smoke on my duty too". But then I saw the topic itself. Well... cop smoking weed in a middle of a street? That's nuts! I hope he was punished. By the way, there is a method of hiding the fact that you smoke something inappropriate. You can use vape for it. Just take Aquavape UK liquid (nice stuff, by the way), smoke it away, then fill the bottle with CBD oil, and - voila! - you don't need to afraid that someone will catch you. Don't tell it to cops, LOL.
