Lagos is undesirable for many of us because of the traffic and other vices.

Lagos is supposed to have a subway train system by now. It wil stop most traffic problem
Re: A Person Is Already In UK While Segalink Who Dropped Him Off Is Still In Traffic by DrMuzungu(m): 4:50pm On Mar 09, 2020
A few years ago, the last "leg" of my flight from Europe to Lagos lasted for 6 hours. A mere 5500 kilometers in 6 hours. We landed 15 minutes after the biggest thunderstorm of that season so streets were flooded with rainwater and $h1t. It took us over 4 hours from the airport to the hotel which is usually 20 minutes away.

You can't safely have a subway when you are not far enough above the ocean levels... unless you have a WELL maintained water removal systems or you know how to swim well.

Stop over between Lagos and London? Oga na on top of Atlantic Ocean dem go stop over?

That is a direct 6hrs flight, some pilots do it even less eg 5hrs or 5 & half hours depending on their schedules.

He might be exaggerating a little but, his story is plausible and depicts the everyday struggle of the average lagosian.
There are numerous stop overs between lagos and London especially if you are using air Maroc

Stop over is in Casablanca

Bro, stop over occurs if you are travelling to a country that is not the mother country(headquarter) of the airline.
Let's say you are traveling to US or Dubai or any other country excluding Kenya with Kenya airline, you may have a stop over in Kenya.

But if you are traveling to US with an airline that headquartered in US(i.e an airline that the headquarter is in US), you won't have any stopover, the journey will be straight to US.

Lagos is good for business. But is it rubbish for life? Yes, it is. And how is it a messenger's fault and not yours? Let me ask just a few questions:

- How is it messenger's fault and not yours that you have one of the biggest trash/garbage collection sites a mere 10 minutes away from MMIA?
- How is it messenger's fault and not yours that your oga at the top embezzles the money instead of developing the infrastructure (roads, sewage, stormwater canals, water supply etc)?
- How is it messenger's fault and not yours that almost everyone in Lagos drives like mad?

I could add more, but I doubt you could comprehend.

Your problem is factory made.
I saw you guys arguing and I decided to input my own contribution since I know something about what you guys are arguing on.

Where did you see bragging in my quote or I guess you took me for the guy you're arguing with initially.

You're uncouth.

I'm already used to the traffic but one occasion stood out for me not because it's the longest but because i was in a hurry, i left Alaba by 6 am nd by 10am the bus was still stuck in mud traffic just by Iyano era, a journey of abt 5 mins. I was so frustrated that day cos i was in a hurry to meet up with sth in another state. Currently i stay in Ibafo, nd everybody knows how that express is, by God's grace im moving away from here to a better place soon.

Ikorodu-igbogbo axis does not have that kind of traffic. It's Mile 2 - Ketu - Ojota axis that experience wicked traffic

Those are indirect flights, the origin twit did not indicate an indirect flight, so you will not imply that to conclude his story is wrong.

Most rational beings reading the first twit will assume that, he was talking about a direct flight and not some indirect flight through another city/country.

Ask me why the Federal Goverment took their capital and headed for the hills with me closely behind to remain sane.

I just cannot remember when I last experienced two consecutive days in traffic. Yes. 2003.
