I wanted to do some nights activity so I decided to buy Nescafé to try out if it would work on me, I took it around 10:00pm around 10:30pm I slept off and woke up around 11:00am the next day. I really don't understand what happened. Is it that my body rejected it or the Nescafé isn't potent enough?

The classic one works. Pour like 2 sachet in your mouth and bid sleep goodbye. I used to take it like this when I was in school but I know a friend who would take it raw and sleep off the next minute. So it also depends on your body system.

Take the ordinary nescafe (not 3in1) half satchet is okay for the night. Taking more than what you need have it's side effect.
