Service Agreement
1. Shipping of items is scheduled for Wednesday and takes between FIVE (5) and TEN (10) working days.

2. Pickup location is Ikeja, Lagos (TECHERAND Office) Except for items for locations outside Lagos which attracts EXTRA CHARGES.

3. Clients must Confirm the Device is not fake and ensure they finalize and agree with the seller and ask relevant questions for the smooth running of transactions. For Phones and Laptops, the IMEI numbers are required for item identification.

4. Pickup fee is nonrefundable when deals fail as a result of the seller not showing up or item not as described.

5. Full payment (item price + Pickup fee + shipping cost) must be paid before the transaction can proceed.
